		<description>Good Afternoon,

My name is Annas (Head of Events, Metparties). I&#039;ve recently found your posting and can only apologise for the emails you have received.

As you have noted, we have changed providers as we had regularly been let down by various management systems in relation to unsubscribing, hard bounces and other methods that we use to try our best to provide relevant content to those who want it. It&#039;s not an excuse for your inconvenience but as a small, young business it was the best we could maintain until now.

I would like to offer to search for your email address and personally remove it from any/all of our systems.

Apologies again &amp; best regards,

Annas

		<description>Dear Web Man,

Thank you for your listing. I’ve no idea how your email found its way on the database as we’ve solely adopted an ‘opt in’ process for the last 3 years. I should hope you are no longer receiving correspondence. As someone who hates spam myself, I would’ve welcomed you bringing it to my attention to ensure the correct removal of all your email addresses. It really serves us no purpose whatsoever to send mail to those who wish not to receive it. We’ve used very supportive companies such as Sign up to and Ipromoter who share the same ethos. I’ve paid subscription fees running into the thousands to ensure we have a clearly defined opt out, unsubscribe and do not contact list option. Again, we can only apologise and state it was 100% unintentional. One hopes your lack of recent posts suggests the issue has been resolved in the last 6 months. I welcome any response - val@metparties.com
